Your mission:

• Carrying out consulting, training and coaching projects in our unique and impactful style
• Acquiring new clients in different industry sectors for training, coaching and change assignments
• Being responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and conclusion
• Developing and expanding long-term client relationships

About you: You have a relevant (university) degree You are a consultative salesperson with a commercial track record You are familiar with business environment You are passionate about people development, talent management and change processes You are a team player with experiences in international surroundings You have attention to detail and quality forms the bedrock of your client service You have entrepreneurial mindset Your mother tongue is Slovenian, Croatian or Serbian  and you are fluent in English.
