Your mission:
- Carry out consultancy-based trainings and coaching sessions in our unique and impactful style in your country
- Lead workshops
- Acquire new clients in different industry sectors for training, coaching and change management
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and conclusion
- Develop and expand long-term client relationships
About you:
- You have university degree
- You are a consultative salesperson with a commercial track record
- You are familiar with business environment
- You are passionate about people development, talent management and change processes in business environment
- You are a trustful team player with experiences in international surroundings
- You have entrepreneurial mindset
- You are interested in personal growth
- Your mother tongue is Croatian, Bosnian or Serbian and you are fluent in English.
